Discuss the intended scope with affected residents as a preparation practice; this is not a claim that USPS requires a particular household consent form. An address, account login or package tracking number alone does not establish the assistant's authority to change delivery.\n\nFor **one incoming item**, investigate its separate eligibility instead. USPS Delivery Instructions is for certain mailpieces and the intended recipient.
